We provide families with financial assistance, too. We help to pay some rent. We help pay for cell phones which are vital links to services, providers, job prospects, and family and friends. We rent a trailer for moving day. And we buy groceries for the families’ first two weeks in their new home.

Gift cards to Woodman’s, Istanbul Market, and Fresh Mart (Sun Prairie) are always helpful. We can use them to buy groceries for families and we can pass some on to families to buy personal hygiene and cleaning supplies that Food Share benefits do not pay for. These can be mailed to PO BOX 26, Waunakee, WI 53597-0026, and are not tax deductible.
